- Products should be returned in the same condition they were received. The item must not have been worn, altered, or modified in any way.
- All original tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the item must be included in the return.
1.3 Proof of Purchase
- To complete the return, we require proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt, order confirmation, or email confirmation of the purchase. Without this, we will not be able to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do our best to ensure the quality of the products we sell. However, the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
